Welcome to our kickboxing Selsey page, we look forward to hopefully seeing you at your Free taster session soon, these sessions are held within our main Dojo in selsey, with great instructors, All our Selsey instructors are highly experienced with SEN Children, we have a great bunch of friendly students that will help you along your way at the same time as having great fun while learning great things, you will love it…

Our Selsey classes are held in our purpose built Martial arts studio where we have a fully matted studio with Hanging bags and a parents waiting area with Tea and Coffee and sibling activitys while they wait.

Our Lil Ninjas Kickboxing classes 3-6 years 

Monday 4.30pm-5.00pm

Tuesday 4.30pm- 5.00pm

Wednesday 4.30pm-5.00pm

Saturday 9.00am -9.30am

Our Kid champion kickboxing classes 6 -10years 

Monday 5.00pm – 5.45pm 6-10 years

Tuesday 5.00pm – 5.45pm 6-10 years

Wednesday 5.00pm – 5.45p 6-10 years

Saturday 9.30am -10.15am 6-10 years

 

Our Kid champion kickboxing classes 11 -15 years 

Monday 5.45pm – 6.45pm 11-15 years

Tuesday 5.45pm – 6.45pm 11-15 years

Saturday 10.15am -11am 11-15 years

 

Our Selsey adults Kickboxing classes 16 years plus

Monday 7.00pm -8.00pm

wow we have been training a family for the last year or so and love it learning as a family ,training together ,then covid came along i i fought that's it no training Then within a few days these guys put together online training at home, so we could train live or log on to the new website and train on demand and we are still going ...keeping motivated focused looking forward to getting back to classes thanks Guys

I fully recommend this club I have 3 children who love going here and take up all the extra activities and they represent the club in competition's it has given all 3 of my children confidence that they didn't have before both owners are very accommodating and friendly and what's more I know my children are learning in a safe and friendly environment what more could you ask for

I take my 5 year old daughter to ARO Kids class and she absolutely loves it, it is not only is great for fitness but builds confidence and discipline into the children. The instructors are very well trained and have a good rapport with the children. I would recommend the class to anyone with children who are looking for something different thats fun for there kids.

I have been training at this club for over 4 years and now attend several classes a week. This is a really friendly club that offers lots of variety and is a great way to meet people and get fit. Whichever class you go to there will always be a friendly face to greet you and someone to help if you have a question. You always work to your own personal level but you'll definitely get a workout. If you have been thinking of starting kickboxing this is a great club to join.
