Welcome to our Kickboxing Reading area page, this is one of our longest running classes these have been running for around 27 years and are the routes of ARO some of our instructors started here many years ago and are now running their own clubs, we have a great support team here including our leadership team. we have a great team here to help and support you all. you will also be training along side our Team of instructors as this is also our instructor training location. please remember which ever ARO club you train in you are always welcome to join us here to get that extra training building up to competitions, gradings or just to get that extra session. we look forward to welcoming you at your Free taster session soon.
